1. Enquiries & Quotations

Information submitted via our enquiry form is used solely to prepare a quotation. Quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise and are subject to availability at time of order.

2. Pricing & Currency

Prices are quoted in USD, EUR or GBP and are exclusive of duties, taxes and destination charges unless explicitly stated (DDP).

3. Incoterms

Unless agreed otherwise, shipments are sold FOB or CIF the named port of loading in Southern Africa (Incoterms 2020).

4. Lead Times & Force Majeure

Lead times are indicative and subject to harvest seasons, certification cycles and freight availability. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

5. Compliance

Buyers are responsible for confirming compliance with import regulations, labelling and any certifications required in the destination market.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
